Why the Blog

The intention of this blog is to educate you on common legal issues that you will come across in your  ordinary business life. Issues like how you can register a company, a  foundation an NGO,how you apply for tax exemption if your business is non profit making,whether a company can be guilty of offenses, international trade involving exportation and importation, how you purchase or sell land,how you can change your name or that of a business entity, how you enter into a contract and what to look out for in a contract and a lot more will be explained in simple lay man's language. It is hoped that the blog will succeed in demystifying seemingly complex every day legal business processes to easy to understand "how to"explanation. While this is meant to be an avenue for the author to "give back(legal advice) to society" without payment of legal fees,the author will not shy away from sharing contacts and assisting further in case personalized attention   to issues is required.
